I use salt as deodorant now.

I promise it’s not as rough as it sounds, and it contains zero baking soda.

My struggles with deodorant started immediately after finding out that traditional ones can literally give you cancer. We have proof now through imaging that we can see the inflammation and it’s been TESTED that deodorant is the direct link.

Since then, I’ve been on a journey to find the right one because let me tell you. I can’t even explain to you what happens when I use all of the natural ones you’ve seen at the store I must warn you, it’s gross.

So I finally found one on Amazon of all places that comes in a spray or a rock that you wet and rub it under your arms. I prefer the spray!

It’s called Nakd (pictured above) and it’s made from potassium alum. Salt kills bacteria that makes you stink so that’s how it works! So, so simple but so effective. It comes in unscented and coconut vanilla. Click the photo to buy it from Amazon
